Keeping users’ security in mind Facebook allows profile information to be kept hidden from others. The scope of their visibilities can be specified by configuring user profiles accordingly. This means that if users want they can configure their accounts in such a way that the family members and their relationships with them can only be visible to their friends or they are not visible to anyone at all. This configuration allows users to maintain their privacies so that they cannot be socially harmed by people having bad intentions. Moreover this feature also allows users to customize the scope of visibility according to the needs of the account holders. As a Facebook user if you want to customize the visibility scope of family members you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Provide appropriate credentials on the Facebook website to logon to your account.
