Nowadays computers come along with the hard disk drives that have gigantic spaces say up to 1 TB or so and many times large amount of disk space is not utilized by the users. The result of this is that users keep on saving data in the hard disk and they never bother to delete any obsolete information from it. Gone are the days when people used to use DVD-ROMs to burn data in order to empty some space from the hard disks. However even today there are some computers that have limited amount of hard disk spaces and because of frequent downloading using BitComet users may still want to delete any downloaded information if they feel that it is no more required. Downloaded information can easily be deleted from the application’s interface itself by following the steps given below:

  1. Logon to Windows 7 computer with the account on which download process was initiated.

  2. Open the interface of the application which in this case is BitComet.

  3. Right click on the downloaded file which you want to delete from both hard disk and the downloading list.

  4. From the appeared menu go to Delete and from the available submenu click on Delete Task and Downloaded Files.

  5. On Task Delete Confirmation box leave everything as default and finally click on Okbutton to complete the deletion process.
