Disable Notifications for Replies to Questions in Facebook Help Center

Facebook helps its users by providing several supporting tools and a separate community named as Help Center using which Facebook users can ask any question that they may have regarding the site. Users can also ask configurations related questions and may also get help on how to secure their user accounts on Facebook. Whenever a question is asked in Facebook Help Center it is replied by the authorities and in many cases the solution can be found under FAQ section. Whenever you ask a question in Facebook Help Center it is very likely that you will receive a reply within few minutes or hours. Whenever you receive a reply you are notified by an e-mail which is sent to the associated e-mail account. Although it is not at all recommended to disable this feature however if as a Facebook user you still want to disable it you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to your Facebook account by providing credentials in the appropriate fields.

  2. From the list available in downward facing triangle at the top right corner of the page click on Account Settings option.

  3. On the opened page click on Notifications in the left pane and in the right pane under All Notifications category click on Help Center.

  4. In the expanded list uncheck the checkbox in front of Replies to your Help Center question option and click on Save Changes button to save the changes.
