CDex

Cdex is a free, open-source digital audio CD extracting software for creating audio CD ripps. It saves the digital files as WAVs or it can compress them using audio encoding. Supported encoders include Lame MP3, Internal MP2, APE lossles audio format, Ogg Vorbis, Fraunhofer MP3, NTT VQF, FAAC and Windows WMA8.
Cdex also converts WAV files to Compress Audio Files, supports tag formats like ID3V1 and ID3V2, and has the following extra features:

-Recording of multiple tracks
-Reading or storing album information from or to the cdplayer.ini file
-Reading or storing album information from or to a local or remote CD Database
-Supports CD-Text
-Offers advanced jitter correction
-Displays track progress and jitter control
-Supports audio signal normalization
-Supports M3U and PLS playlist file types
-Supports multiple languages.
