Since Facebook allows users to create as many Events if they want it is quite obvious and natural that the times and dates of Events are sometimes required to be modified because of several unavoidable reasons. If Facebook was not smart enough the modifications in dates and times of the Event were required to be informed to every invited member manually. But this is not the case and Facebook has proved itself to be smart by integrating a feature that automatically notifies all the invited members about the modifications in dates and times of the Events. The notifications are automatically flashed on the webpage and e-mail notifications are also sent to the associated e-mail accounts of the invited members about the modifications. However if users want they can disable e-mail sending feature for the notifications of dates and times modifications by following the steps given below:

  1. Logon to your Facebook account by providing appropriate credentials.

  2. Click on the triangle available at top right corner of the page and from the available list click on Account Settings option.

  3. On the opened page from the left section click on Notifications category and from the right section of the page under All Notifications category click on Eventsoption.

  4. From the expanded list uncheck the checkbox in front of Changes the date and time of an event option and click on Save Changes button to save the changes.
