How to Connect a Windows 7 Computer to the Projector?

Windows 7 is designed to solve several purposes. It is almost perfect for everything which includes remote education home environments business meetings etc. To take an example of business meetings there are times when the professionals need to connect their laptop PCs which have Windows 7 installed on them to the projectors. Windows 7 helps the professionals in this regard by making this task even simpler as compared to the earlier versions of Windows. If you want to connect your Windows 7 computer to the projector you need to follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to a Windows 7 computer.
  2. Right click on the desktop screen and from the menu click on Screen resolution.
  3. On the appeared window click on Connect to a projector link and on the appeared box select the appropriate option as per your requirements.
  4. Once done you can close all the windows and enjoy the updated advanced feature of Windows 7.

If you want to expedite this task you can use shortcut key combination which is Windows Key + P to do so. You can reverse the above mentioned process to undo the changes and to get back to the normal configuration of your Windows 7 computer.

Do not choose the option Projector Only as this may create troubles. You should always Duplicate the display so that you can take complete control of the computer in case of any mishaps.
