Every time when you reinstall your Windows installing drivers is the most boring/annoying part. Especially if you don't have the drivers on a disk. So you have to search for the drivers. First you have to know the manufacturer of all your components. The "fun" part is when you have to install the drivers for a notebook. So why bother when there are a  few programs that does this job for you. But with one simple condition. First you have to install the wireless/wired driver. Why? Because you will have to download the drivers somehow :)

Let's begin with a free one. Device Doctor scans your computer hardware and checks to see if there are new driver updates available for your devices. Device Doctor has a database for over 13 million individual devices and computers. Just press Begin scan an Device Doctor queries the driver database and shows you the correct drivers for your configuration. There is available also a portable edition of Device Doctor.

A great program but unfortunately is not free is Uniblue Driver Scanner. Uniblue Driver Scanner is the best tool for driver searching. It finds anything and really helps you. Uniblue Driver Scanner offers you quick and secure driver downloads installation of the drivers with a single click creates automatically restore points for extra security and more.

Another good program is Carambis Driver Updater. The driver scanning is really fast and gives you accurate results. To use it you don't have to be an experienced user. The process is very intuitive. Just press scan and wait for the results to be displayed. The scanning is free but you will have to pay if you want to install the drivers.
