Keep Yahoo! Messenger on Top of Applications in Windows 7

Many organizations around the globe completely rely on Yahoo! Messenger as far as their communications with their branch offices in other cities or countries are concerned. This means that in those organizations Yahoo! Messenger plays an important role to run their business and fulfill their business needs. Because of this reason there might be times when the administrators of these organizations may want to configure Yahoo! Messenger to stay above all Windows when the application is initiated. This configuration ensures that any communication that occurs or any message that is sent by any user through Yahoo! Messenger is not overlooked or missed by the user. As a Yahoo! Messenger user in Windows 7 operating system if you want to configure the application to stay above all the Windows you are required to follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to Windows 7 computer on which Yahoo! Messenger is installed and initiate the application by double-clicking on its icon available on the desktop.

  2. Click on Messenger menu and from the options click on Preferences option.

  3. On the opened box make sure that you are on General category from the left pane and from the right pane under When I'm Using Yahoo! Messenger category check Keep Yahoo! Messenger on top of other applicationscheckbox.

  4. Finally click on Ok button to save the changes.
