Same is the case with the options available in Control Panel as many people do not know that it contains up to 260 different features and options available but are not by default visible. As a Windows 7 user if you want to unhide these features in Control Panel you are required to follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to Windows 7 computer with any account on which you want to configure the above settings.

  2. Right click anywhere on the desktop and from the available menu go to New.

  3. From the submenu click on Folder.

  4. Name the folder with any desired name Full Control Panel in this case followed by “.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}” without spaces and quotes so that the entire folder name will look like “Full Control Panel.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}” (without quotes).

  5. You will notice that the icon of the folder is automatically changed and when you will double-click the icon you will find several new features which are now available and visible in Control Panel itself.
