Calculate Mortgage with Calculator in Windows 7

Although Microsoft Windows 7 contains all the utilities and tools that were also included in legacy versions of operating systems like Microsoft Windows XP. However the fact still remains the same that whenever a newer version of operating system is introduced in the market all the utilities and features are also upgraded and offer much more sophisticated features to make the application more user-friendly and promising for the users. Same is the case with the calculator which is integrated in Windows 7 and now it can be used for several different calculations. In this section calculator will be used to find out the mortgage. As a Windows 7 user if you want to use the built in calculator to find out what will be the monthly installment which is required to be paid for any purchased entity you are required to follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to Windows 7 computer with any account.

  2. At the bottom of start menu in search box type CALC and press enter key to open calculator.

  3. When opened click on View menu and from the available list go to Worksheets.

  4. From the appeared submenu click on Mortgage to get an extended version of the calculator.

  5. From the available drop-down list choose Monthly payment and enter the values in their corresponding fields.

  6. In the end click on Calculatebutton to get the results.
