Edit Photos in Windows 7 Media Center

It would not be wrong if said that Windows Media Center is a complete and versatile application that works as one-stop-shop for multimedia lovers. The reason behind these words is that apart from creating playlists and slideshows Windows Media Center also allows users to modify image files as per their requirements. Although the application cannot work as a full-fledged image editor like Adobe Photoshop etc. however users who do not have in-depth technical knowledge about image editing can still use Windows Media Center to modify the pictures according to their will. Moreover users can also save the images they modify and can also create slideshows out of them. Unlike any full-fledged image editing application editing images in Windows media Center is quite easy process and as a Windows Media Center user in Windows 7 if you want to do so you are required to follow the steps guided as below:

  1. Logon to Windows 7 computer with the most frequent account that you use.

  2. At the bottom of start menu in search box type Windows Media Center and press enter key to initiate the application.

  3. On the appeared window scroll down and click on picture library under Pictures + Videos category.

  4. On the new window click on the appropriate folder that contains images.

  5. When opened right-click on the image that you want to modify and from the available menu click on Picture Details option.

  6. From the available options choose the required ones to modify the image and make appropriate adjustments.

  7. Finally click on Savebutton to save the changes.
