Groups in Yahoo! Messenger chat application are also helpful while communicating with several people in a single go. This means that if a user wants to send same message to several people without groups it was very time taking task. With the help of groups users can add all the members to a single group and can broadcast one message to all the members added in the group. The message will then be sent to all the contacts of that very group hence saving several hours of the sender. This feature can be utilized in production environments where time of meetings or any other activities is required to be broadcasted to the employees. As a Yahoo! Messenger chat user in Windows 7 if you want to broadcast a message to the entire group you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to Yahoo! Messenger application by providing appropriate credentials in its interface.

  3. From the available menu click on Broadcast and IM to this Groupoption.

  4. On the opened box type the message that you want to send and click on Send button.
