While using Facebook if you have shared any video on your Wall or in any Group it can be viewed by all your friends or members of the Group in which you have posted your video respectively. Your friends or Group members can not only view the videos but they can also share their views about it by giving comments in the available field which automatically appears as soon as you post your video. Whenever any person writes a comment on your video almost instantaneously you receive a flashing notification on the Facebook webpage and Facebook also sends a notification e-mail to the associated e-mail account. In many cases these e-mail notifications are not mandatory and therefore as a Facebook user if you want to disable this feature of sending e-mail notifications for comments on videos you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Logon to your Facebook account by providing credentials.

  2. Click on the triangle available at top right corner of the page.

  3. From the list of options click on Account Settings option.

  4. From the left pane in the opened page click on Notifications option.

  5. From the right pane on the page under All Notifications category click on Videooption.

  6. From the expanded list uncheck the checkbox in front of Comments on your videos option and finally click on Save Changes button to save the changes.
