One of the best features that Facebook offers is that you can upload or share videos on it. The best site that is fully compatible with Facebook is YouTube which allows its visitors to share the links on Facebook so that Facebook users can view the videos without even opening YouTube.com. If you are a Facebook user and have several friends it is expected that many of your friends have uploaded or shared several videos. Your friends can also tag you when they upload or share any video and when you are tagged you receive a flashing notification on the webpage and an e-mail which is sent from Facebook to the associated e-mail account. As a Facebook user if you want to disable e-mail notifications for video tags you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Provide appropriate credentials in the respective fields to logon to your Facebook account.

  2. Click on the triangle with the symbol of settings that is available at top right corner of the page.

  3. From the list of options that is appeared click on Account Settings.

  4. From the opened page in the left pane click on Notifications and from the right pane under All Notifications category click on Video.

  5. From the expanded list uncheck the checkbox in front of Tags you in a video option and click on Save Changes button to save your changes.
